New Transit Operator Hires
Welcome new hires, full-time and part-time operators to TWU Local 250-A! We would like to congratulate you on your completion of the extensive training program. As you embark on real life driving situations putting your training in practice and being a new transit operator, transporting visitors and residents of San Francisco, we hope you consult your initial training program to be safe. Safety is first! If you should have questions or concerns, please contact your division chairperson at your assigned division.
Miscellaneous Report and Information Form
Complete the online form to submit reports, issues/concerns or incidents directly to the Union. Information will be directly forwarded to Union Officers.
The ballots for the San Francisco Retiree Health Care Trust Fund Board election have been sent to all employees’ homes and you should be receiving yours soon.
The SF Labor Council is recommending incumbent Board member and Local 21 member David Salem.
David has been serving skillfully in his role as Vice President on the Board and been an instrumental part of safeguarding and growing the fund from $50 to $300 million in just 5 years. He has the experience and the proven track record to provide critical oversight for our investments and our retirement futures.
IFPTE Local 21, SEIU 1021, and the San Francisco Fire Fighters Union are recommending their members vote for David as well.
Ballots must be received by the Department of Elections by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, May 28th.
